- Walk-in to our offline showroom in Bangsar between Monday to Sundays from 10.00am to 6.00pm
Payment methods:
Deposit of 70% is needed to confirm the order made through online and offline process
- Custom Furniture lead time of 3-4 weeks
- Ready-stock furniture lead time of 14 working days

This is an average estimation of lead time according to the product chosen:
- GRABit provides visual pictures and videos of the arrived products at our offline Showroom in Bangsar before delivery date
- GRABit updates you on the latest QC check before any delivery
- Customer can make a trip to our offline Bangsar Showroom to do their own QC check at the showroom before delivery
To every GRABit offline & online orders, we do detailed Quality Check (QC) to every order going out to your homes. This is how we communicate and show you proof of Quality Assurance
Upon full payment, a delivery date will be communicated via phone and email to you. Your items will be delivered, unpacked and placed with care in your home!
