  4. Do I get FULL MONEY REFUND when the item(s) I order is OUT OF STOCK?

    Yes, FULL MONEY REFUND is guaranteed within 3 working days when the item(s) you order is OUT OF STOCK. If you have made your payment via credit card, the refund will be reversed through the same credit card. if you have made your purchase via FPX, the refund will be credited to your account via FPX.

  5. If the item is OUT OF STOCK, do I have an option to make another selection?

    Yes, you do. You can make a new selection and the difference in value will be calculated. If the new value is lower than the amount which you have paid, the difference will be credited to your account. If the new value is higher than the amount which you have paid, you will have to make up the difference.
